The Department of Science and Technology (DST) in India has unveiled the Vaishvik Bhartiya Vaigyanik (VAIBHAV) Fellowship, a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing collaboration between the Indian STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine) diaspora and Indian research institutions.
