Crew-8 Launch: Embarking on a Journey to the International Space Station

This mission is particularly exciting because it will bring together a diverse crew of astronauts and cosmonauts, including NASA astronauts Jasmin Moghbeli, Andreas Mogensen, and NASA astronaut Loral O’Hara, as well as Roscosmos cosmonaut Konstantin Borisov. They will conduct important science, research, and experiments on the ISS that will benefit humanity and further our understanding of spaceflight.

The crew will be traveling aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft, which will be launched atop a Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The weather forecast is looking good for launch, so let’s keep our fingers crossed!
