India, the US, and other countries receive the One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3.

This week has seen the launch of the One UI 6.1.1 upgrade for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. It seemed to be exclusive to Europe at first, but it’s now accessible in other areas.

This is the biggest One UI upgrade deployment that has happened at the same time in many markets for the Fold 3, Flip 3, and new devices combined.

Countries including the US, Brazil, and numerous Asian countries like India, Thailand, and Malaysia may now obtain the One UI 6.1.1 upgrade. However, it has yet to reach regions such as South Korea and China, but that is anticipated to change shortly.

You may check for the One UI 6.1.1 update on your Galaxy Z Fold 3 or Flip 3 by going to Settings » Software update and selecting Download and install.

Although One UI 6.1.1 does not have the Galaxy AI features that are present in the Fold 3 and Flip 3, the upgrade nonetheless offers notable improvements. Better multitasking, greater health and fitness tracking, faster file management, and improved user interface animations are all anticipated by users. The September 2024 security patch is also included in the upgrade, however regional availability may differ.
