Rockstar Games canceled Bully 2 to make GTA VI

Rockstar Games has numerous times delayed the Bully sequel to make room for GTA VI and Red Dead Redemption 2 .

The tech house that has overseen the development of some of the most popular games ever made is Rockstar Games. Of these, the GTA saga and Red Dead Resurrection definitely stand out. We may argue that these two shows have really modified the way contemporary gaming is conceived.

However, games that have enjoyed considerable critical popularity but never had a sequel have been produced in the past. We’re talking about Bully in particular, also known to us by the word Canis Canem Edit.

According to recent statements from two former Rockstar Games employees, the Bully sequel was regularly scheduled but Rockstar Games has decided to shelve it . The initial debut was supposed to take place in the past few years, but the title has been postponed several times .

Bully 2 has been cancelled for GTA VI and Red Dead Redemption 2 to make space.

The rationale for this decision is to be found in the willingness of the software house to spend on other projects. When you remember the Bully’s creation was at an early level, the situation becomes even more strange. The stock had surpassed 60 percent of demand, according to the two former employees .

The two insiders’ comments indicated that the development of Red Dead Redemption 2, released weekly in 2018, was the key cause. Moreover, we may also add to this that the software house has agreed to favour the development of another widely awaited title. The activities of Rockstar Games have centered on the pre-production stage of GTA VI .

Very little news on this title is still available, but it now seems clear that they are working on it. As for the debut, there is no certainty regarding it at the moment. In fact, there will be a next-gen version of GTA V and GTA Online, and only later will GTA VI make its debut.
