Streamline Your Workflow: Latest Updates to SharePoint eSignature

Simplify document signing and boost efficiency within your secure Microsoft 365 environment.

The modern workplace demands speed and efficiency. SharePoint innovations are constantly evolving to help you achieve this, and the latest updates to SharePoint eSignature are no exception. This built-in feature lets you request, sign, and store critical documents seamlessly, keeping everything secure and compliant throughout the process.

Exciting New Features:

Global Expansion: SharePoint eSignature is no longer limited to the U.S.! Users in Canada and the UK can now leverage this secure signing solution, with availability expanding to Europe and APAC by November 2024. Global rollout is planned for 2025.
Streamlined Sequential Signing: Need documents signed in a specific order? No problem! Now, eSignature request creators can define a signing sequence. Each recipient signs in the designated order, with the document automatically moving to the next person until everyone is finished. This simplifies complex signing workflows significantly.

Enhanced Integration with Leading eSignature Providers:

Boost your options! SharePoint eSignature now integrates seamlessly with Adobe Acrobat Sign and DocuSign. Initiate signing requests directly from your PDFs in SharePoint, with all signatures captured and documents securely stored back within Microsoft 365. This eliminates the need for manual downloads or uploads, saving you valuable time and effort. (Available in US, UK, Canada, with global rollout planned for November 2024).
Note: IT Admins need to activate this integration for specific SharePoint sites within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. While there are no additional charges for using SharePoint eSignature with these third-party providers, valid licenses with Adobe or DocuSign are required.
