The two giants, Xiaomi and Redmi, are currently working on a new Snapdragon 888 smartphone. Here are the details.
There appears to be a race to see who is going to use it first, with Xiaomi and Redmi clearly at the top, from the moment Qualcomm introduced the Snapdragon 888.

With Snapdragon 8888, Xiaomi and Redmi have two top of the range in the pipeline. OnePlus 9, OPPO Samsung, whose Galaxy S21 family will be separated into Snap 888 and Exynos 2100, should not be an exception either. Qualcomm will allow any vendor willing to use the Snapdragon 888 directly after it is launched in late 2020. For both Xiaomi and Redmi, the presence of two Snapdragon 888 based models is stated. There is nothing shocking in itself, considering that in the span of a year the two businesses have accustomed us to launching more top of the line.
