ZOZO creates “FAANs,” a wireless customer support program that is distributed live by salespeople

ZOZO, which runs the apparel EC (electronic commerce) mall “ZOZOTOWN,” revealed on April 27, 2021 that it is working on a new customer support platform called “FAANs.” It is a sales app used by shop employees, and it is planned to provide features such as servicing ZOZOTOWN customers on the Web, selling items via live delivery, and verifying the browsing status of synchronized photos shared by themselves.

On April 27, 2021, Korean President Kotaro Sawada announced the full-year financial results (fiscal year ending March 2021). President Sawada stated that the wireless customer service app will be completed “within this term (ending March 2022).” He also announced that he is working on a “ZOZOMAT for hands” that can accurately calculate the scale of hands to within 1 mm. It is being considered for use in ring sales on EC platforms, according to reports.
