These items included 7,000 electric water heaters, 4,000 food mixers, and various other household electrical appliances.
The brands involved in these violations include popular names such as Digismart, Activa, Inalsa, Cello Swift, and Butterfly. These products were found to lack the ISI (Indian Standard Institution) Mark, which is a mandatory certification ensuring the safety and quality of consumer goods in India.
